In the event that you need to cancel your appointment we require notification of cancellation of appointments 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

This allows your appointment to be offered to another client that may be on a waiting list.  Failure to notify us will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your consultation fee.
